How can i get the persons name to appear in the sheet instead of their email address

User is an unlicensed user of the enterprise plan.

User has set up their profile

User name should be displaying in the sheet fields instead of their email address

This is happening with mine correctly (i am a system administrator) but not with others

If you click on the persons email you shall see this window open:

You shall give the name in the field from now on the names will be visible for this contact:

Hi, thanks for your response, however, when i click on the persons email, i do not get the option to edit contact

Hi @Kazza,

As you’re not getting the option to edit the contact, it sounds like your column may not be set up as a Contact List column. You can check on this by double-clicking the column header - you should see something similar to this:

If anything other than “Contact list” is seen in the Column Type field, click the down arrow to select Contact list - you’ll then be able to edit the contact by double-clicking on the cell containing the email address as suggested by @kowal.
