How do I show the symbol instead of the word?

@Tanya B Make sure the column you are putting your formula into is also set as the same type of column. If that doesn't help, can you provide some screenshots for context?

@Paul Newcome I used the above for my weekly updates, however 2 of my columns are symbols (R/Y/B circles) and colored arrows. How do I bring in the actual symbol? so far it's brining in the word "Red' not the red circle symbol.
