Template set download is in French

I have downloaded the Project Intake template set. The instructions are all in English but the files related to the template have downloaded in French. I am set up for everything to be in English and normally template sets download in English. What do i do to fix this?

Hi @Fleur_WS,

I would suggest you double-check your settings in the bottom left corner of your screen in Smartsheet > Personal Settings… > Settings > Regional Preferences (English). I'm sure this is correct as you stated, but doesn't hurt to double-check. From there, I'd submit a ticket to support. I just created a Project Intake workspace from the template to test it out and it worked for me (in English).

Thanks for trying! It definitely isn't my settings - they are in English and there is just this one template that is coming through in French.

I put in a support call and it looks like the template is in English in the 'Default' platform but it is in French in the European platform. I assume you are in 'default'?

Support are trying to sort it out for me. I'm hoping its a simple task to copy the English version of the template over to the EU platform.
