Can I transfer a full license from one user account to another, including ownership of all sheets and permissions? If so, what is the step-by-step process for doing this?

Baseline disappearing when exported in PDF/PNG.
I've discovered a bug where the baselines displayed on the Gantt chart disappear when exported to PDF or PNG. This is clearly a defect, and I hope for a swift fix.
