Subtask Automation

Hello,

We have a process that starts with an intake form, followed by the assignment of resources to handle the request. For certain types of requests, a predefined set of tasks needs to be completed. I need a way to automatically generate subtasks to streamline the process.

For instance, if the request type "ABC" is selected in the form, then Subtask 1, Subtask 2, and Subtask 3 should automatically be created under the parent task "ABC". Manually doing this is too time-consuming.
