Sorry, we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet...

Why would I be getting, "Sorry, we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now. Please check for any known issues at status.smartsheet.com or contact us at www.smartsheet.com/gethelp for help."
The status.smartsheet.com page lists everything is good.
Is anyone else having this problem?

If you have checked the link for current status and nothing is wrong on Smartsheet's end, then I would suggest waiting a minute or two and reloading your page. This happens periodically to my team and may be explained through Smartsheet server timeouts at the same time you loaded your page. I typically tell my team that if it lasts longer than 15 minutes to log a ticket with Smartsheet.
