Table View Feature

Hi Smartsheet Community!

I am trying to explore the new table view feature to check if it can be used for our project management. I am unable to see any reminder or proof functionality that can be seen on each row in the grid view layout. Does the table view feature have these two features or are they not available?

Proofing is not currently available in Table View. You can subscribe to Release News from this page for updates on Table View, or post your feedback as an Idea in the Product Ideas category.

As an alternative, File Library is accessible from the Workspace Panel when you're in Table View. Here's more information: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2483309-file-library

@Genevieve P. thank you for the help, just wanted to check if the reminder functionality (bell icon) that is available on each row in the grid layout is available in table view layout. Please see the attached image below

Row-level reminders are also not currently available in Table View, but you can create workflows to automatically send emails using the toolbar at the top. Here's more information: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2479061-automate-processes-end-to-end-with-visual-workflows
