"Alert Someone" Automation Workflow not always sending from Triggering User

Hello! I have a series of "Alert Someone" automation workflows setup in my sheet.
Each one is triggered by a data entry in a specific field. The workflow is setup so the Message is sent from the Triggering User.
Here's the kickerβ¦..sometimes it works. We are seeing that sometimes the Message comes through from the Triggering User, other times it comes through from me (sheet admin and creator of the workflows).
I can't figure out why this is happening. Any thoughts? Below are snapshots from 2 separate update messages/emails. One shows it's coming from me, even though McLane was the triggering user on both.

You may want to open the sheet, locate the row that triggered the Alert workflow, and then right-click the relevant cell to view Cell History. This will help you identify who made the change and clarify the Triggering User.

@Gia Thinh thank you for the response. Below is another example from today. The notification email shows that it came from me, but the triggering user in the cell history shows as the other user.

There is an option for the send from in the Customize message section as show below. Yoy can reselect Send from triggering user for your use case. Let me know if it works for you.

@Gia Thinh The workflows are already set to send from the Triggering User. Sometimes it sends from the Triggering User, other times it sends from the Admin.

Can you provide screenshots of your full Alert workflow and Cell history for more details?
