Published Dashboard Link giving error when trying to open on an iphone safari browser

I have a dashboard published to "anyone with the link can view". The link opens fine on my computer, but only works like 20% of the time when trying to open on an iphone safari browser. It tries to refresh 2 or 3 times before ultimately showing the attached error message.

Has anyone figured out what causes this?

    Hi,

    Try this. Hope it works for you.

    Clear Cache and Disable Experimental Safari Settings

    • On the iPhone:
      • Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Experimental Features
      • Tap Reset All to Defaults
      • Then clear history and website data under Safari > Clear History and Website Data

    Hello,

    We have the same issue and unfortunately the above solution did not solve it. It's also been happening on android. It doesn't happen on all devices and we checked on models of various ages and there seems to be no pattern.

    Is anybody experiencing similar issues and have you found a solution?

    We have already raised a ticket.
