Error when transferring ownership of dynamic view

Hello —
Someone has initiated transfer of ownership of a dynamic view to me. When I click ACCEPT link, I get the non-descriptive error "something went wrong". Has anyone else encountered this error and if yes, what is the way to work around it to complete this transfer?

Here are the first troubleshooting steps I would try:
- Sign out of all instances of Smartsheet, then sign in again and see if that helped
- Try using a different browser
- Try connecting using a different network

If none of this has helped, please contact Smartsheet Support using the Portal. They will want to know the name of the Dynamic View, the URL of the source sheet, and the email address of the current owner who is attempting to transfer it over.
