I am suddenly not able to copy/paste into Smartsheet. I have tried copying from Excel and from other Smartsheet grids. Still not working.

The clipboard works from an external app to one cell in Smartsheet. I.E you can copy from Excel, and pick a cell in Smartsheet, double click to edit, and paste the contents.

Smartsheet to Smartsheet copy/paste works within the same browser tab. So you can copy from one sheet, back out and back into a different sheet, and paste. Unfortunately you can't have two tabs open, one for the origin and one for the destination and expect copy/paste to work.

That's the same steps I am currently taking and it doesn't work. It worked for part of the morning and then suddenly stops. I have been using this function for years so I'm aware of how cut and paste works.

That does not resolve the issue. It was working and then suddenly stops working. I have been using Smartsheet for several years. I know how to cut and paste so please stop telling me how to do that. It isn't resolving the issue.
