How to change a primary email

I cannot figure out how to change my primary email from an old employment. Can anyone assist?

hi @RobertaAnnRomeo ,

If you are sysadmin and you are in the User List next to the user on the right there are 3 dots if you press them there will be option to add alternative email to account (it needs to be accepted) once it's accepted you can set it up as primary email.
