How can I add a duplicate request within the form?

I am also trying to augment a form. One department submits a request to another (with email getting their update emails along the way) but sometime they need to submit multiple requests for a single account - but at the end process the data I need to pull is based on volume of requests not by account. Requestors are not receptive to having to fill out the form a second time just to change 2 fields … How can I add a duplicate request within the form?

Hi,

I hope you're well and safe!

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.

Would that work/help?
