"can't reach Smartsheet" when saving folder as new

Helpful tips, thank you! I have a very similar set up for a client however when they try to save the folder as new, it doesn't work - they receive a "can't reach Smartsheet" error. I do not receive the same error. Any tips on how to make this work more seamlessly for my client? Are the sheets I have in the template folder too complex causing Smartsheet to error each time?

Thank you for the response! Same result unfortunately. It doesnβt work in incognito mode either.
I had the same problem last week and narrowed the problem down to one sheet in the folder. I recreated the folder and sheet manually - it started working for me again. Now itβs not working for them.

I ran into this with a sheet that had a ton of attachments / versions. I had a data shuttle running that attached a new version every 15 minutes. It had been running long enough we were over 35,000 versions.

Sure. Makes sense. Is there anything I can set up to help it stay working properly for their team? Or best practices to pass along? This sheet has a bunch of index match formulas so itβs getting updated often.

Alright I cannot get it work. Now it won't even save as new for me anymore. I'm at a loss and no one from Smartsheet has reached out despite multiple tickets being submitted. I'll try to recreate my project schedule, dashbaord and all the supporting items from scratch and see if it rights itself that way.
