Lost 'Latest Comments' history

It would appear that one of our project tracking sheets has lost it's Comments history pre 12th May 2025. Each PM adds a comment to their project row whenever they update a health metric. Each row had multiple comments with the latest addition displayed in a 'Latest Comments' column. PMs use a DV to add/edit their projects so no direct access to the sheet. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any 'global' settings that can affect what Comments are displayed? There is no Comments history prior to May 12th when I open the sheet and access Comments. Is there any way to delete Comments across a whole sheet before a certain date? Is it something we have done or something I need to take up with Smartsheet Support? Baffled by this one.

Hi Ray!

While I can't be certain of what happened, I have a few questions that may shed some light if you don't mind:

• If you right-click and View Cell History, do older comments populate?
• Have there been any large permissions changes at or around May 12th?

This may be an appropriate topic to bring up to Smartsheet Support, but if they're available via Cell History, at least you know you have access to them in some capacity :)
