How to recover a deleted project plan

I thought I was deleting suggested templates, but when I deleted a workspace, it deleted a sheet I generated in the workspace. Can I recover the sheet?

It should be in your Deleted Items 'trash can' at the bottom of your Browse pane. You just right click on the sheet and select "Undelete."

Can others share into a Workspace where I am the owner?
