Granting selective access to spreadsheet for users who fill out forms

Not sure if this functionality exists… I've created a form that will be completed and submitted by up to a couple hundred users without Smartsheet accounts. I'd like to be able to give them access to the spreadsheet where that data lives, but I only want them to be able to see their own submissions. So for example, let's say Tom submits info on the form for three of his projects. And we also get another fifty project submitted by other users. How do I give Tom access to see the spreadsheet where his data resides, but only allow him to see his own data, not everyone else's?
I hope this makes sense. I'm a Smartsheet beginner.

Dynamic View, if you have that could allow that. Otherwise, you could setup a Request Update Automation Workflow, but that has some limitations (i.e., link is only good for one update).
Another option would be to setup a Report with the 'Current User' filter. Unfortunately, you'd have to give all these people access to the full underlying sheet, but if they didn't have a link to that, then you could provide the link to the report only and they'd only see their entries (assuming everyone is tied to their entry by email).
