Unable to find sheets

Hi all - myself and a number of my fellow staffers are having an issue trying to access certain sheets and receive the notice that we need to request permission for access … but I'm the one who created the sheet.
When I try and search for the sheet, I can't find it and neither can anyone else.Smartsheet app status showing things are operating as normal.

Hi @Nancy Heater, I don't have an answer to help out on this question, but I can confirm that this is happening to a lot of people, including myself.
Usually if I wait 10 minutes or so, the sheet will appear in my workspace and I have access to it.
This has been happening on and off for at least a month now for me. It seems like something is going on in Smartsheet's backend.
