Modifying the vertical axis on graph

I have created a stacked bar graph on a dashboard from a metrics sheet, for some reason the vertical axis is showing the values as 0, 1, 1, 2. I can't work out how to change this, any ideas?

Other than resizing the widget, you would have to set it up to have another stacked column with a new value. Set this value high enough to manipulate the scale where you want it to be and then set the series color to white so that it is hidden.
