Hello @Rakesh Hatte! This can be so frustrating, but hopefully I can help!

I do see an indentation mark - out of curiosity, can you click on a column and change the font to black? I'm curious to see if the font was somehow switched to white.

If this isn't the issue, click on File, then View Activity Log (screenshot below). In the Activity Log, you can see what has happened with the sheet. In any section where you can click the arrow to expand, you can click "Request Snapshot" to download a version of your sheet at that time.

  • Hi @Monique Odom-Stearn - Thanks for your help here. When I downloaded the file and it is in .csv version.

Is there any way to get it in the same smartsheet format?

And, I checked; text color wasnt an issue.

    Hey @Rakesh Hatte,

If you have an account representative, you can reach out to them and they may be able to restore your sheet to a previous version. Otherwise, you can use the snapshot you downloaded to copy and paste the previous data into your sheet.
