How do I proceed If i would like to have an automation email produced once a row is added

I have set up a triggers but if 2 peoples send a request at the same time, the confirmation email has been produced with both request on the same email. Is there a way to have one request per email?

Hi @Chantal.s, check out this thread.

Make sure that your trigger type is "When Triggered". And also include a placeholder in the body of the email.

Then Smartsheet will separate the emails into 2 different emails, as long as 6 or fewer rows are triggered in the same 5 minutes period. Smartsheet will still group them into a combined email if too many rows are triggered at once.
