People Workspace Shared cannot view data in Reports.

Hello.

I have shared an entire workspace to another as both an editor and a admin (I have tried both), this includes all of the underlying data that gets fed into the reports, however the person I have shared it to cannot view any of this data in the reports, although they can see all of this data in the underlying sheets and strangely, dashboard that have reports fed into them. I assume this is a sort of bug and would like help fixing it.

Below is a screenshot of an admin to the workspace that is trying to view a report, even though on the owner's workspace he sees the source sheets and columns of this report, it is not shown in this particular admins (even though the admin has access to the underlying data)

Hi @Ben Cooley, the way that I would recommend going about debugging this the following:

1. Create a new Report in the same workspace.
2. Add only 1 single sheet to this report.
3. Share it with the other person.
4. Verify that they can see this report with this single sheet as the data source.

Scenario 1: They can't see the data in this new report - Try granting them explicit access to the underlying sheet.

Scenario 2: They can see the data in this new report - Try adding the other sheets into the report and see if they can see this data as well.
