Time Tracking within Smartsheet

Our organization is looking to utilize Smartsheet for project management tracking and would like to have it track time entries to account for the whole week of work (projects and non-project work). I would like to know how others are doing this. I know Smartsheet has the Resource Management planning tool, but I have not found any good reviews of this online, and it is not like the old days when Smartsheet would gladly offer to demo it.

If anyone is using the CORE Smartsheet tool to track time, I would love to hear from you regarding the pros and cons of tracking time within the CORE Smartsheet tool. I am looking to build a case to use Smartsheet fully, but (as we all know) getting management to look into a new tool can be difficult.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Andree, thank you for your response, but I cannot spend any money on potential solutions. I am trying first to gauge what out-of-the-box Smartsheet can do.
