How to suppress "Send me a copy of my responses" checkbox in Approval request form

At the bottom of Approval Request forms, there is a checkbox labeled "Send me a copy of my responses".
Is there a way to remove that from the Approval Request form?
The "Customize message" options in the "Request an approval" automation do not allow (it seems) the checkbox to be removed.
This question was asked some time ago, by @Gaurav Chauhan, without resolution (as far as I can tell).

Hi Tommi,
Smartsheet Forms do allow you to disable this option. You can do this by going into the form's Setting tab and unchecking "Allow submitter to email a copy of form submission".

I am referring to the Approval Request form that is generated automatically as part of a "Request an approval" automation (and not a general data-entry form.)
I think you may be referring to the settings for a general data-entry form?

This is a huge problem for me, especially when the email they receive is impossible to read.
When a user requests a copy of the data they entered into dozens of cells in a single row, they get all that data crammed into an extremely wide table with very tall cells—the information in each cell is wrapped so much that it's unreadable.
I'd prefer to suppress this option, but at the VERY least, let the information be delivered vertically so it's readable.
