Sheet owner cannot attach emails
I have a sheet owner who cannot drag and drop emails from new outlook but can from classic outlook. Has anyone encountered this and is there a way to change a setting to allow from either classic or new?

Hi @Michele Rosenberg, are you and the sheet owner using the Smartsheet Outlook Add-in?
I know that the Add-in is currently on the verge of being blocked by Microsoft and this thread talks more about it.

We are not and it doesn't look like we will be adding it because this is what he was trying to get when I figured out the issue. What's the plan after it's blocked?

Currently there's no official plan that Smartsheet has mentioned. But soo many people are talking about it and requesting it, that I'm hoping they'll officially announce something soon.
It seems crucial for so many people and companies.
