Automatically assigning tasks based on member capacity & other logic

Is it possible to automatically assign tasks to team members based on capacity and other field values? If so, how?

For context, the Smartsheet form data fields are mapped to columns in the sheet so that when the form is submitted, the data automatically pulls into it. I’d like to create automatic assignment here, whereby the new task assigns to a member based on who has the highest capacity. There’s an additional column for task weighting (% of weekly capacity that the task takes up and is based on a lookup) and an additional column for task status.

And if possible, additional logic so that it can route to a specific person when a field from the form has a specific value. Such as when the Task Category is X, it must be assigned to person Y due to their expertise being needed to complete the task. Or when Country equals US, it then applies the capacity logic to a group of defined US team members.

Yes, there is a workflow called Assign Person so you can set it up this way that if some conditions are met in other cells a specific person will be assign to the task in the row.
