Conditional Logic not working for Header
I have multiple drop-downs that open multiple headers depending on the answers given. This is working properly in all scenarios but isn't working with my newest header. I have tried giving the logic to other dropdowns, as well as deleting the header and readding with no luck. The condition link isn't showing on the header itself. The first image shows 1 working property. The other images show the issue.

@taylor.triplett Other than trying to make a completely new form from scratch, I'm out of ideas. I was able to make an entire Smartsheet and have multiple headers, etc. work. I even took your same dropdowns and recreated it to where I had three parents with multiple options for logic and different headers for all of them. I'm sorry that you are having trouble with this one!

Hi @taylor.triplett, I just created my own Form to see if I could replicate the issue.
But in my case, everything worked correctly, and I was even able to see the conditional form icon right next to my header.
Can you try create a new temporary form, and try similar logic in that form, to see if it happens to you in the one?

That same logic works multiple times in this same form. I've got 3 drop downs attached to headers and 2 of the 3 work. I can't get this header(or any new headers) to attach to logic on any of my drop-downs.

@taylor.triplett This comment stuck out to me. Maybe you've hit some unknown header limit/error that Smartsheet is not aware of? If you remove an existing header tied to another one of your dropdowns and add a new one can you get this new dropdown logic to work?

That was my assumption as well but even after deleting the logic from other headers, it won't let me add it to any new headers but I can add it back to the original headers.

Thanks for testing. I'll give it a shot!
