Level 3 to Level 7 Professional Services

Has anyone heard that Smartsheet is discontinuing professional services Level 3 through Level 7? This is supposed to start June 1, 2025. I'm being told that all my quotations for buying these professional services are obsolete and that they have to re-scope and re-quote.
