Standard Work Plan - Planned Vs Actual completion

Hi - im trying to create a standard work plan for Supply Chain tiered meeting.

I want to build a calendar of activities that occur every month / quarter etc and specify how long they should take in mins / hours / days, and create that as a template for the users to see whats due and when.
Then i want them to be able to click on "done" perhaps in Sheet Mode so that the task / gantt bar shows a % completion and Red / Green if on/ Off track

Any ideas as to how i can complete this ? And example in excel below ……

@Yvonne.Clavin So you can absolutely put dynamic text inside the bars AND color code the bars dynamically based on things like status. However you cannot put more than one bar on one row within the sheet. If you put that data on a report then group it by the task name you can sort of see them together like your first two green bars on different "rows" but the Red bar (Project #3…) cannot be on the same row with another, just in the same group area. Happy to help with any of this!
