How to display a weblink without shortcut widget on Smartsheet Dashboard

Hi Team, Is there any way to show weblinks on the dashboard which are functional by not using the shortcut widgets.

I need to bring those from either a Sheet or a Report using Metrics widget.

The metrics widget has never worked well for me, but links in a report using a report widget has always worked.
