Is it possible to show data counts and percentages in Pie chart?

Can data counts and percentages in Smartsheet dynamically reflect based on each user's role or data access permissions?

You can build the Pie Chart on the Dashboards based on any data - but how you want to change user role or user permission into the number to be represented by chart?

For example, Admin need to see the employee data only, whereas super admin can see both admin's view and separate view for super admin's view. but the admin should not see the super admin's view, is it possible?

No in grid view, dynamically it just needs to populate the count of the field.
