"Azure AD was not able to verify your access" error when logging into app?

I am attempting to use the Smartsheet app on my (government-issued) iPhone and got the following error when I tried to log in after selecting Gov as my region, Sign in with Microsoft and entering in my Microsoft credentials:
Does anyone know what this means and how to fix? Other staff at the organization are able to use the mobile app with their Microsoft accounts. Thanks!

It might be that your Microsoft account is not set up correctly with the Azure Directory for that Smartsheet account, or it may be related to conditional access - take a look here for more information: Smartsheet Mobile App: Conditional Access. This may simply need your IT team to add your device as an allowed device.
If your IT team is unable to resolve this, I’d recommend submitting a Support ticket so that the relevant team can investigate this issue. Please include this screenshot when you submit the Support ticket and confirm the Microsoft email address you’re attempting to log in with.
