Collecting information on a Form from a Subcontractor

I created a trigger to send out a quotation request to Shippers. In the memo portion I shared the information I wanted to by using {{Job Address}} so they could see certain information. Then I asked them to submit their Shipping price. My problem is they cannot input and submit the amount. I don't want the Shipper to see anything in the Sheet. I just want them to submit their price in one field. It's a security thing, however how do I correct the issue so they can input and submit? Thank you in advance.

I am 100% you shall use workflow called Update Request instead of sending the link to the form.

WIth form you can only add new rows and with Update Request you give the possibility to update existing row.

So if you want the price to be updated by your contractors for the existing 1 row go with this workflow.
