Notification Automation Not Working

Hello Community!
I have an automation set up to notify when the first box (documentacion) is selected to send to one group and two set up so that when all paperwork is checked it sends to two separate groups.
My automation is not working when i have similar setups in many other sheets. when i force it to run by right clicking and hitting run, it works, but it doesn't work natively. Not sure why this one is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Automations: I've tried with and without the condition to see if maybe that was causing it.

- Duplicate the sheet, recreate the automation on the new sheet, and test it.
- Check for dependencies, cell links, or formulas that might prevent checkbox fields from being recognized as true βmanual changes.β
- Trigger Field(s): Is the trigger targeting the correct column(s)? Typos or wrong column names can break it.

When i duplicated the sheet, the issue stayed the same, but when i created a new sheet, it worked fine. Very strange.
