What are your challenges when migrating from the Legacy Collaborator to User Subscription?
Hello everyone,
I have looked throughout the online Smartsheet resources and have seen various discussions on managing users when moving to the USM. My questions for those who have made the move to USM,
What other challenges have you come across as a PMO?
Are you able to manage via the Global Admin settings, sharing and access in the same manner as in Legacy? I am looking at security measures to prevent sharing outside of specific domains.
How much has this change with Provisional Users increased your admin or manual work in Smartsheet?
For those using User Auto-Provisioning - Did you leave this on? Does it even matter?

I'm not sure if you're aware, but Smartsheet has paused this initiative because they want to improve the admin process and more. I recommend waiting until all the changes become official, so you have all the up-to-date information on how it will work and how it will be managed, or at least that you know that things will improve.
