Does a form's link change when it is deactivated, then reactivated?

My form isn't ready to use yet, but I need to share the link so that it can be added to a document that's shared around my organization. I'll reactivate the form by the time said document is shared. Will this plan work, or will my form's link change as a result of being de- and re-activated?

The form link does not change no matter how many time you deactivate / reactivate it.
