Sys Admin - Bulk Update Upload Not Working

Update: The user list emailed during the bulk update process includes DEACTIVATED users. I removed those users from the list and tried to upload again. I still recieved !Something Went Wrong.

I can see you have an open Support ticket that's close to a resolution, so I recommend continuing to work with our Support Team to get this fully sorted out. Once you receive confirmation, it would be really helpful if you could share the solution here so other users can benefit as well.
