I was inputting data in a new worksheet and smartsheet time out. I cannot find the worksheet now.

I walked away from my laptop and smartsheet timed out. Now I cannot find the worksheet that had a title and it was tagged as a favorite too. I am on the 30 day free trial.

No worries — here's how you can try to recover your missing Smartsheet worksheet, especially if it had a title and was marked as a Favorite before timing out.

• On the left navigation panel, click on “Recents”.

• Smartsheet automatically logs the sheets you recently accessed — your worksheet should show up there if you had it open before walking away.

• Go to the Home tab in the left panel, then click “Browse”.

• Look through:
  • “Sheets”
  • “Workspaces”
  • “Owned by Me” or “Shared with Me”

• You might have created the sheet in a workspace that you need to expand to see.
