Can't delete a sheet I own

I've been working on cleaning up our Smartsheet directory and was working on deleting a workspace for an old project. I deleted everything in the workspace except one sheet that will not allow me to delete it. I own it, there's no one else shared to it, there's no active automations. Every time I try to delete it a I get a message that says it can't contact Smartsheet right now. The same goes for the workspace. What could possibly be blocking me from deleting this workspace and sheet?

Even if there are no automations, the sheet might still be referenced in another sheet via:

• Cross-sheet formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH)
• Reports pulling from the sheet
• Dashboards using widgets tied to it

Try to rename the sheet and workspace, then attempt deletion again. A metadata refresh often clears hidden issues.
