Smartsheet App Perpetual Loading

I am using the Smartsheet app. When I use it, I am met with a loading screen that says "Please stand by while Smartsheet is loading." After a while, it says "Due to network connectivity or feature updates, Smartsheet is experiencing slow loading times." My internet connection is good and I have not trouble logging into Smartsheet via Google Chrome. I have exited out of Smartsheet and restarted my computer. The only thing I have not done is uninstall Smartsheet.

- Fully uninstall the Smartsheet Desktop App. Then reinstall the latest version from Smartsheet’s Downloads Page.
- If you're using a corporate network, proxy or VPN settings might interfere.
- Try disconnecting from your VPN or switching to a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot) just to test.
- Ask IT if any firewall rules or proxies block Smartsheet app domains.
- Use Edge to visit Smartsheet.
