Is there a way to view more in depth details about recent activity for true up purposes?

Hello,

We recently converted to the new user subscription model and this is my first time exploring the True Up page. I know that it says "last activity (view, comment, edit, or create)" with a date of when that was. What I would like to know is if there is a way to view what specific activity a user has done.

I know that in the past I was able to download a report of all users that had information such as "number of edits made in the last 30 days" "number of comments made in the last 30 days" etc, but what I'm hoping to learn is what pages they are editing/commenting on/etc so that I can better determine whether a user's activity above Viewer status is a valid reason why they should be made a Member in the next true up period or if it's a process of ours that I now need to tweak to ensure that the people who should be Viewers stay Viewers.

1. Access Activity Logs via Admin Center

In the Admin Center, under User Management > User List, you can view a user’s last activity date (view, comment, edit, etc.), but unfortunately, not the specific actions or where they occurred.

2. Use the Audit Log (Enterprise Plan Only)

If you're on Enterprise, you can export Audit Logs (via Admin Center > More Actions > View Audit Logs).
This will show detailed records such as:
- Which sheets were edited/viewed
- Who performed the action
- What the action was (create, delete, update, etc.)
- Timestamp of the activity
This is the most detailed user activity breakdown available in Smartsheet.

@Naeem Thank you for the reply! We do have the Enterprise plan. I know how to access the Activity Log on a sheet-by-sheet basis, but I can't seem to find the Audit Logs that you mention.

Admin Center > User Management > More Actions I see the following under generate reports:

User List
Seat Type
Sheet Access
Published Items
Log In History

Admin Center > Seat types and true-up > More Actions I see the following:

Download seat type report
User roles and reports (takes me to User Management)

Downloading the Seat Type allowed me to see what I was referring to in my original post (number of edits/comments/etc made in the last x days, but not which sheet it was done in)

Am I looking in the wrong place?
