Why are rows disappearing?
I have a sheet that is populated by a form. About once or twice a week I hear about a row being disappearing. I check the activity log and I see the row was deleted seconds after the form was submitted and the row generated.
I know it isn't a maximum cell limit reached because I have an archive workflow that runs every night to clean up the sheet.
Could it be that if multiple people are in the sheet when a row is generated that the row could be auto deleted when one of the people manually saves the sheet?

@Kyle_Adkins_CFI The activity log should tell you which account is deleting the rows, does that shed any light on it?
There are no built in Smartsheet automations that delete rows, so unless you have an API script or API connected service deleting rows, it would have to be a user doing it manually.

Thank you Darren. Yes, I do see the account associated with the action in in the activity log. Could it be that if two users are in the sheet at the same time and one entry overwrites another?

@Kyle_Adkins_CFI no… I'd ask the user if they are deleting rows
