Cannot add a guest user

I am trying to add a guest user but getting this error - the email address is has never had access to my account. I am the system admin. Any advice?

This means the user is a system administrator on another account. Does this person work at another company, or is there a chance they signed up on their own for a free trial? If there isn't a clear answer (e.g. if they were under another instance that has an easily identifiable administrator to contact), I recommend reaching out to support. I hope this helps!
