Tracking Actuals vs Forecast Without Timesheets – Alternatives?

Hi all,
I’m exploring ways to track actual hours vs forecast without using timesheets, as our organisation isn’t keen on implementing them.

Is anyone successfully doing this? If so, what methods or tools are you using to capture actuals?

Would love to hear your approaches or any lessons learned!

Hi @kowal , We are using RM, but it looks like the only way of capturing actuals is through timesheets. I might be wrong, as still fairly new to SS & RM. What options are available in RM to capture Actuals? Would appreciate your insights. Thanks.

Yes this is the main point of RM to capture actuals by each resource assigned and be approved by the project owner. Based on that you have planned vs actuals.
