Need help paying bill

Hello,
I have sent messages, emails and had conversations with customer service. I spoke to Key Jimenez who told me to reach out renewals@smartsheet, I reached out to my account executive Daniel Lorenzo and send messages through LinkedIn to Smartsheet directly! I was told that if the payment was not received by the 19th I would become a "view only" user. I need to pay a bill and I am not getting a response from anyone, any suggestions would be appreciated.

- Company name

- Your deadline (e.g., June 19th)
- Request immediate payment instructions or invoice access.
