When Rows are Changed Trigger Not Working

I have a very simple sheet that i use to track estimates. There are no other formulas on the sheet. There is some conditional formatting. When an estimate amount (selected any amount) is put into that column i want the row to move to a completed bid sheet. it worked when i initially put it in place yesterday but hasnt run since then. its supposed to run the workflow when triggered. i tried deleting out the workflow and putting it back in place but still wont work.

I have seen Automation trigger 1 hour after the tracked action executed. Sometimes there is a delay.

I am going to mimic your PDF and run a test.

Since we cannot daisy chain Automations together, what are your thoughts on the below?

Automation 1
Register today's date as the Archive Date post Estimate Amount registration.

Automation 2
Move row to Archive post Archive Date registration.

the initial move automation is occurring on sheet 1, after the data is moved to sheet 2 and the archive date is reached then it archives it. is the archive workflow on sheet 2 affecting the workflow on sheet 1?

I feel like there is a bug that I need to register with Smartsheet Support.

The Automation is working on Source Sheet [a.k.a Sheet 1]. The "Archive Date" column registers today's date post "Estimate Amount" registration.

However, the Automation to move row from Source Sheet [a.k.a Sheet 1] to Archive Sheet [a.k.a. Sheet 2] is not receiving the records. But, the row is removed from Source Sheet [a.k.a Sheet 1] post "Estimate Amount" and "Archive Date" registrations.

I am going to wait until 4:00 pm ET and if the Automation is just not working, then I will report a bug.

I tried changing the Source Sheet [a.k.a Sheet 1] Automation Action from "Move Row" to "Copy Row" to the Archive Sheet [a.k.a. Sheet 2] and still waiting on the record to register.
