How can I stop automate archiving my workflow?

My workflows will automate archiving every month,

How can I stop the setting or extend archived frequency?

    • Go to Automation > Manage Workflows.
    • Open the workflow that's archiving your data.
    • Look for the Trigger (e.g., "When a date is reached").
    • Click the trigger and check the “Run Once” or "Recurring" setting.
    • Change it to run less frequently, like every 3 months or only once.
