Is there a PDF User Manual?

Hi all,

Im looking for a downloadable user manual.

Any ideas of where i can download something like this? I have a bunch of people thats never used it before.

This topic has been asked many times, with little to no results (at least for the type you/others are requesting). I have had to create my own version by taking each level offered on these pages here (Start with Basics, then click on each link you see - those are the guides you print), convert to a pdf form (basically print as pdf), gather the pdf's and put in a order that a typical Software Program / Navigation Guide would be laid out. Smartsheets likes to do most of their training/education paperless, so if your after something you can actually touch/hold, that wont happen unless you create your own or build upon someone elses for your use.

I created the first 5 links into single pdf's and combined into 1 pdf (see below) from the Basics Section / Sheets And Rows so you can see an example of the exhausting process above. I even saved the online videos and inserted them in the powerpoint with the pdf's and it helps those who have limited internet access or prefer paper docs.

Some people did create one for their company, but you will have to edit the pdf's content to remove their company data.

Thank you very much for this. I aslo started on my own rendition of a user guide. Its one thing for someone with software, IT or Project Management backgrounds to snap Smartsheet easily, however i need to be able to relay what ive learnt and what i know to people that are not accustomed to IT or software.

Nonetheless, here is what i drafted, youre welcome to add/ combine this with yours.
