Using form to add rows to a specific category

I have a sheet that is used to keep track of each team members tasks. The tasks are broken up into categories and I wanted to have a form people could fill out to create a new task from their dashboard, but it seems the form always just inserts the new task at the bottom of the sheet. Is there a way to make it so that the form inserts the row in the correct category.

I have seen a few posts asking similar questions and people saying that it isn't possible, but the most recent info I could find was from 2022 so I thought id ask again.

@NoahB It's not possible with built in Smartsheet automations. HOWEVER, if you have access to Smartsheet Bridge or want to use an automation tool like Power Automate, this can be done.

@Darren Mullen thanks man I'll look into it. Kinda amazed that isn't a feature smartsheet supports natively.

As far as I know if, I think it's not possible at the moment. The tasks will enter the sheet as a new row, we'll have to move the row to the relevant place we want it to be, or we'll have to sort the rows.
