Mobile number verification on smartsheet forms wont access Saudi Numbers

hi all,

I have a form setup on smartsheet, where we require mobile numbers. Today there is an update on forms UI, apparently Saudi Mobile numbers are not accepted:

Correct format should be: +966 50 111 11 11

Did anyone face such an issue? How can I resolve it?

• In your sheet, change the column type of "Phone Number" column to "Text/Number" this allows any format (no validation errors).

thanks for the feedback Naeem, I`d say thats a workaround, as this main feature was very useful. I hope Smartsheet team will look into it.
